SUPPORT BAMBOO COLLEGE KARTONG´s REFORESTATION PROGRAM
Bamboo College invites you to support the reforestation program by buying one bamboo plant ( seedling) and be the symbolic caretaker of that plant for 2 years. The bamboo's will be fully and responsible taken care of by the Bamboo College the Gambia in Kartong. Your support will truly benefit the local community. If time don’t allow for the you to continue your support and supply the needs for the bamboo, then the BC members will offer to take the full responsibility for that bamboo's future needs ( watering etc.).

Hands on - Activities
- We work in the environment that we live to make the Gambia a safe haven from diseases.
- The Association shall participate on festivals by the community and shall display its agricultural products and also embark on the planting of mangrove trees around the coastal region of the Gambia which has been destroyed by deforestation
- Take part in international festivals with the aim of marketing the green nature of the Gambia
- The Association shall relate with other associations that are friendly to nature, such as NGOs, Government Agriculture department and shall always welcome any action...
